This acceptable use addendum ("Season Pass Addendum" or "Addendum") governs the use of "season pass" ("Season Pass") products, services, and features available in Project Robbie., offered by Positron Networks, Inc. ("Company"). Project Robbie ("Service") offers these features to empower researchers with scalable scientific computing services while eliminating economic restrictions. The season pass addendum is incorporated into our acceptable use policy provided by the Company, which are further incorporated into the terms of use for Project Robbie. By subscribing to the Service, Season Pass capabilities, or any other services offered by the Company, you agree to comply with the Addendum.

1. Purpose
The Service is intended to support legitimate scientific research and development activities, including but not limited to experiments, simulations, model training, and other scientific computing jobs. This policy ensures fair and responsible use of the unlimited computing resources offered.

2. Permitted Use of Season Pass
The Service may be used for:
1) Scientific research and academic purposes.
2) Computing workloads such as simulations, experiments, and model training.
3) Projects within educational, governmental, or corporate research settings that align with the Service’s intended purpose.

3. Prohibited Use of the Season Pass
You may not use the Service for:
1) Non-research commercial production workloads or resale of the Service.
2) Cryptocurrency mining or blockchain-related workloads.
3) Running jobs that violate applicable laws, regulations, or ethical research guidelines.
4) Any activities that could harm the performance, security, or integrity of the Service or its infrastructure.

If you believe your use may not adhere to these requirements, please contact the Company, who may, at the Company's sole discretion, offer an exception and approve your use of the Service. The Company will solely document and communicate this exception in writing (e-mail, letter, or other physical documentation).

4. Fair Use
WHILE THE SERVICE IS DESCRIBED AS "UNLIMITED," USAGE MUST REMAIN WITHIN REASONABLE LIMITS TO ENSURE RESOURCES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL SUBSCRIBERS. EXCESSIVE USAGE, SUCH AS CONTINUOUSLY RUNNING TASKS, JOBS, OR RUNS AGAINST THE SERVICE IS NOT CONSIDERED REASONABLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN EXECUTING SIMULTANEOUS JOBS. EXCESSIVE USAGE THAT NEGATIVELY IMPACTS THE SERVICE'S AVAILABILITY MAY RESULT IN REVIEW AND POTENTIAL RESTRICTION OF YOUR ACCESS. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DEFINE AND ENFORCE REASONABLE USAGE LIMITS. THESE LIMITS MAY CHANGE WITH NO NOTIFICATION AND AT ANY TIME. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE MAY YOU SUBMIT JOBS FROM AN OTHER AUTOMATED SERVICE, SUCH AS A SERVERLESS CLOUD COMPUTING SERVICE LIKE AWS LAMBDA OR AZURE CLOUD FUNCTIONS.

5. User Responsibilities
Users must:
1) Use the service in compliance with applicable laws.
2) Maintain the security of their account credentials, never post their credentials - specifically their API key - in a public forum, and notify the Company immediately if they believe their API key has been compromised, or of any unauthorized access or breaches of their computing systems and networks.
3) Accurately, completely, and truthfully describe the nature of their computing workloads, configurations, and code when requested by the Company.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to:
1) Monitor usage to ensure compliance with this Addendum.
2) Suspend your account or terminate access if misuse is detected.
3) Automatically charge you for abusive or inappropriate computing usage at current retail prices listed on the Company's website (https://www.robbie.run/pricing), using the payment instrument you may have registered with the company, including by submitting invoices against open purchase orders opened with the Company.
4) Request additional information about submitted jobs to confirm your adherence to this Addendum and our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Updates
The Company may update this Addendum from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any and all changes.
